How to use egg incubator

Note: Before starting, make sure that there is water in the basin to prevent the humidification tube from being burned out; the incubator housing must be connected to the ground by wires to prevent the danger caused by electric leakage.
1. Preparation before hatching in order to avoid failure during the incubation period. Therefore, before the incubation, comprehensive inspection work, check the accuracy of the temperature regulator, thermometer; motor, fan, electric heater, indicator light and alarm device are sensitive, incubator door, wall and floor is tight, egg tray and Check if the hatch is secure. Prepare the generator for use in the event of a power outage.
The incubator is disinfected and tested for 24 hours. All the eggs can be put into the hatching eggs. The eggs from the egg storage are pre-warmed for 4-6 hours in an incubator at around 22 degrees Celsius. The eggs are placed upside down and hatched and disinfected.
2. Management of the incubator The modern three-dimensional incubator has a high degree of mechanization and automation. Therefore, the management is relatively simple, but the amount of hatching is large. Once an accident occurs, it will cause great economic losses. The management personnel must carefully do the following Item management work:
(1) Temperature adjustment: The controller can automatically adjust the temperature. After the temperature reaches the preset value, the auxiliary heating switch can be turned off, and the temperature change will be more stable and more energy-saving.
(2) Humidity adjustment: The modern incubator has an automatic humidity control function and can automatically inject water. Automatic water injection can be realized by connecting one end of the water pipe to the screw port of the water control valve and the other end to the water tank at a high place. After the humidity reaches the preset value, the sub humidification switch is turned off, the humidity will be smoother and more energy efficient.
(3) Ventilation and turning eggs are automatically controlled by the computer, and no special settings are required.
If both the sub-heating and the sub-humidification start, the ventilation will become more frequent and the humidity will not meet the requirements, so it is better to turn off the sub-heating and sub-humidification after the incubator is started for 2 hours, unless the weather is cold. Or consider opening the sub heating and sub humidification switch when it is dry.
(4) Photographing Eggs Regularly follow the eggs, check the development of the embryos, follow the egg operation requirements, light, fast, and quasi-action should be careful and prevent shock and damage to the embryo. Observe carefully to avoid missed and wrong photos. Dead eggs that stop developing should not be left in the incubator, and should be thrown away in time to prevent bacteria from becoming odorous.
(5) Transferring eggs (dropping) Moving the embryo eggs from the hatching tray to the out-and-out baskets is called moving eggs and transferring trays (falling trays). The chicken embryos were moved to the hatching tray on the 18th to 19th day of incubation. The age of the transferred egg depends on the development of the embryonic egg. If the embryo is retarded, the egg can be delayed by 12-24 hours. When the embryo is moved into the hatch, lay it flat and stop turning the egg.
(6) Hatching The chicken embryos begin to hatch in 20 days, and the lighting of the hatching machine is turned off to prevent the chicks from turmtling and affecting the hatching. 3 to 4 hours after the start of hatching, the chicks can be picked up when the feathers are dry, and the empty egg shells are sorted out.
(7) After the hatching is finished, withdraw the hatching tray, the hatching tray, the water tray, brush the broken egg shell, dirt and fluff, rinse and dry, then fumigation or disinfection with disinfectant. spare. Restore the controller to factory defaults to ensure that the next incubation will work.
